Project results in comparison with expectations.

Results reached 370% in heat transfer coefficient, and 75% in heat flux, of the target values.

The graph indicates that in comparison to the most advanced forced liquid flow solutions for electronics’ cooling, the proposed technology can achieve improvements in the range of 1000-2500%.
